Tracey Bromley Goodwin is the founder and owner of The Power Within. Tracey has been facilitating change with individuals and groups for the past fifteen years. Tracey's clients are often faced with personal and professional transitions and are looking to reap the benefits of living their heart's desires. Tracey's own path began in the field of education where she continues to learn so much from her students ages 3 - 100! While teaching high school Tracey realized that there was a great need for teens to discover their strengths and talents. Her educational mission became helping teens learn about their strengths and talents, how to trust their intuition, and to enter the adult world feeling good about themselves. Tracey then began to focus on the many adults she would encounter that needed to discover the same things!

This is where Tracey's own journey began to grow in many directions. After providing workshops for teachers and small business owners around New England on leadership, communication skills, self empowerment, and conflict resolution Tracey decided to start her own coaching practice. The Power Within was created on her belief that we all possess the answers we need and that we are connected to not only the universe but to a higher power. Trusting her intuition is something that has led Tracey to where she is today and is something she helps her own clients develop. Tracey loves to help her clients peel back the layers of what has prevented them from moving forward and loves to see them soar when they realize their dreams are possible!

Tracey's educational background is as equally diverse as her professional experiences. In 1998 Tracey one was of the first people in the country to receive a Masters in Education with a Specialty in Conflict Resolution from Lesley University. Her education also includes a BA in Psychology, a Secondary Education Teaching Certificate, training in Mediation, and Coach Training through Bridges Associates and internationally known Coach U. Tracey's eclectic professional background and her belief in the unlimited possibilities that lie within us have made her a sought after facilitator, public speaker, personal life coach, and educational coach. Her clients always praise her on her unrelenting enthusiasm, genuine interest in their happiness, and her ability to take them on an inward journey to discovering the answers that have been there all along.
